Steps on how to return 

  1. Download the returns form here and fill out the form
  2. Package the item(s) securely and retain the proof of postage until we confirm receipt of your return
  3. Stick the label with the returning address
  4. Go to the nearest post office and pay for a track delivery

We recommend retaining – 

  • Your tracking numbers
  • Your receipt from the post office as a proof of postage
  • A copy of your returns form

Important – Return items must be unused, unaltered and returned in their original product packaging.

  • To help with your return, please make sure you clearly label and declare your parcel as ‘GOODS FROM THE UK, BEING RETURNED’.
  • Our return policy can be found in our help section at the link. We advise all our customers to read this before making a return.
  • Please package your return as securely as possible. Robert Simon will not be responsible for damaged or missing items.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for any UK returns and up to 20 working days for any international returns. The team will always endeavour to process them quickly and will notify you via email as soon as they start to work on your return.
  • Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt of your return.

NOTE: All costs incurred in return delivery are to be borne by the customer. 

Returns, we will not accept a return if the garment has been tampered with. Returns won’t be accepted if the garment has no tags or if the tags are taken off. The garment should be unused or not worn. If it is manufacturing damage, then we will accept returns in 14 days.

Should you not have your original order invoice, could you please write a short cover letter detailing the return, including your order number, details of items you wish to return, the reason for requesting a refund (i.e., too large) and your contact details? Please note that providing incorrect details will increase the time the refund will be processed.

You must obtain proof of delivery from the post office just in case the parcel gets lost.

Exclusions

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty, on the following items:

  • Underwear and worn shoes*.
  • Any altered items.
  • Gift Cards are non-returnable and refundable.

*We understand that you need to try on shoes to ascertain if they fit and we ask that you do this on a clean carpet in case you wish to return them.
